Elected since 2011, Charlotte D'Alfonso has been a resident for 16 years and lives in the Ladue Pines Subdivision.
Charlotte earned a Bachelor's degree in business management from the University of South Florida. She currently serves as the council liaison to the Economic Development Committee and previously served as the liaison for the Energy and Environment Committee, the Climate Action Task Force, and the Horticulture, Ecology and Beautification Committee. She was part of a citizen-led group to increase transparency in Creve Coeur government. She has also served as a trustee for Ladue Pines Subdivision.
Charlotte and her husband, Tom D'Alfonso, own Biomine, LLC. They have three children attending Parkway Schools.
Charlotte is active in her school district. She serves on Parkway's Safety Network, Parkway Government Relations Committee and the Project Parkway Task Force. Charlotte was recognized as a Parkway Leader and honored in 2011.
