Pilates in the Park is a classic Pilates mat class featuring strengthening exercises for your muscles and core. Pilates is a mind and body program that focuses on mindfulness plus breath awareness. The class will focus on traditional Pilates exercises that will both strengthen and tone the body with an additional stretching component.
